Please provide as much detail as possible, including usernames, transaction IDs, screenshots, and a description of the incident. Anonymous reports are accepted, but providing contact information helps us follow up if needed.

All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not disclose the identity of the reporter unless required by law. Information provided will only be used for the purpose of investigating and resolving the reported issue. We may share relevant details with the accused party to ensure a fair process, but we will redact personal information where possible.

Once a report is submitted, our compliance team reviews it within 1-2 business days. We may contact you for additional information. The investigation includes reviewing logs, transaction histories, and communication records. If a violation is confirmed, we take appropriate action, which may range from a warning to permanent account suspension. You will be notified of the outcome.

Violations of our policies may result in: temporary or permanent account suspension, forfeiture of funds involved in illegal activities, referral to law enforcement, and a permanent ban from using DexmaX AI. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect our community and platform integrity.
